1. What areas do you service?
We proudly serve West Volusia County, Seminole County, and surrounding areas, including DeBary, Sanford, Deltona, Orange City, Heathrow, and Lake Mary.

2. How often will my lawn be mowed?
During the growing season (March–October), we mow weekly to keep your lawn healthy and maintained. In the cooler months (November–February), service is typically biweekly unless otherwise agreed apon.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Zelle, Venmo, ash, check, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards. Payments made via Zelle, Venmo, cash, and check will not incur any convenience fees. All others incur a 5% fee.

4. When are invoices sent out and due?
Invoices are issued in the middle of each month and are due by the end of the month for services completed during that billing period.

5. Do I need to be home during service?
No, you don’t need to be home. As long as our team has access to your yard (gates unlocked, pets secured), we’ll take care of everything else for you!

6. What services do you offer?
We specialize in lawn mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, sod installation, and seasonal cleanups. Additional services may be available upon request.

7. What happens if it rains on my scheduled service day?
If weather prevents us from servicing your property, we’ll reschedule for the next available dry day—usually within 24–48 hours.

8. How can I schedule or cancel service?
You can reach us anytime call or text at (386) 880-4277 or email Jimmy@FLMasters.com to schedule, pause, or cancel a service. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

9. Are you insured?
Yes! Florida Lawn Masters is fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind.

10. Do you offer one-time or seasonal services?
Absolutely. We offer one-time cuts, vacation maintenance, and seasonal cleanups in addition to our regular service plans.
